Entry fees for Youngsters races, Amateurs and Masters races and the Sportunion Kids Race and UCI races according current Cycling Austria fee overview. Entry fee for Jedermensch Riesling Race is EUR 24,-.  In additon an adminstration fee of EUR 1,- per registration will be charged.

• Information about entry fee

  Entry fee has to be paid at the end of online registration procedure. The following payment options are available to pay the entry fee:

  • Online payment

    • eps – bank transfer
    • Credit-/Debit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)   
    • Pay by Bank - direct transfer from your bank account
  • Bank transfer (available till 2 weeks before registration deadline)

   

  Registration can only be considered valid if entry fee is received by us.

  Every participant from category Men / Women Juniors and higher will receive 1 bottle of quality wine from region "Weinkultur Kamptal"

• Participant limit

  At all races (except XCC races) a maximum of 100 registrations can be considered. For Amateurs-, Masters and Jedermensch Riesling Race a total of 100 registrations is available. If maximum is reached registration for respective race will be closed.

  For XCC races a maximum of 40 registrations can be considered. In case of more than 40 registrations, following order will be applied: current UCI ranking before race weekend, thereafter according time of registration. Registrants that are not taken into consideration will get refunded paid entry fee.

• Start requirements

  UCI Races

  A valid UCI license in the specific category is mandatory to participate! The license must be presented at starting documents pick up.

  Youngsters & Sportunion Kids Race

  For participation in categories U13, U15 und U17 a valid license (UCI ID) or Cycling Austria Member Card (MC) is mandatory. The license or MC must be presented at starting documents pick up.

  In categories U9 and U11 a valid license (UCI ID) or Cycling Austria Member Card (MC) is not mandatory. If you do not hold al licence or MC, an additional amount for insurance has to be paid on top of the entry fee. In case a license or MC is specified in registration, the respective document must be presented at starting documents pick up.

  Jedermensch Riesling Race & Amateurs & Masters

  To take part in the Amateur Race, either a valid license (UCI ID) in the amateur category or a valid Cycling Austria Member Card ("MC") is mandatory.

  For the Masters Race, a valid license (UCI ID) in the Masters category is mandatory.

  The license or MC must be presented at starting documents pick up.

  The Jedermensch Riesling Race is open to all participants born in 2009 or later who does not hold a valid license (UCI ID) or valid Cycling Austria Member Card. A day pass (insurance) must be booked when registering.

• Handlebar deposit

  At pickup of the starting documents a deposit payment of EUR 10,- (in cash) has to be made for the handlebar number (including timing chip). This amount will be refunded when returning the handlebar number after the race.
